🌱 A Small Request to Help Keep Blisworth Looking Its Best 🌱

As many residents will have noticed, grass cutting is now taking place regularly across the village to help keep our green spaces looking tidy and attractive for everyone to enjoy.

To help the mowing teams carry out their work effectively, we would kindly ask residents, where possible, to avoid placing wheelie bins on grass verges and communal grassed areas too far in advance of collection day. Bins left on grass for extended periods can prevent areas from being cut, resulting in patches of long grass being left behind until the next scheduled visit.

Similarly, if you are able to avoid parking vehicles on grass verges during cutting periods, this can help ensure that all areas receive attention and remain well maintained.

We appreciate that putting bins out early is often done for convenience, and we thank residents for their understanding and cooperation. By working together, we can help keep Blisworth’s streets, verges and open spaces looking their best for the whole community.

Our grass cutting team try to attend alternate Mondays.
